This is a seasonal full-time position with a salary of $15.65 per hour for 80 to 140 hours bi-weekly. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the landscaping team and ensuring a high-quality standard of work is consistently delivered.

What Does a Landscaping Foreman Do?
As a landscaping foreman/forewoman, you would be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your team’s landscaping projects. You would be in charge of planning the project, delegating tasks and ensuring that your team completes them efficiently, managing supplies and equipment needs for each job, and working with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the final product. You will also need to have strong leadership skills, as you will be responsible for motivating your team members and providing guidance when needed.
You must also be able to communicate effectively with clients and vendors. In addition, the successful candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to troubleshoot any issues that arise during a project. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. If you have experience in budgeting for projects, that could be a plus.
